Parenting Support Therapy

How I can help parents

Parenting is very hard, and parents may face many challenges throughout their child’s developmental years. Children may have tantrums, incorrect eating habits, or separation anxiety. Tantrums are common when children have strong feelings, especially if they also have attention or anxiety issues.

Through parenting education, I empower you to create positive conditions for change in yourself and your family. I help you re-build your health and wellness, gain and build confidence in your parenting decisions, and learn new skills in a confidential, supportive place to learn a compassionate approach to change.

You’ll learn how to practice gentle parenting, so that you can raise responsible, independent, and respectful children. I will help you learn how to disentangle yourself from power struggles, so that your family can be happier. I’ll assist you to discover how to lovingly and effectively communicate, so that you can have a better and healthier relationship with your children and loved ones.

Parent education is aimed to help parents learn how to improve their skills in being the primary teacher for their children, and to help parents learn how to become full partners in the education of their children.
