Where are you located?

I am in San Fernando Valley, CA (Close to Los Angeles). I have two office locations and see few patients in person. However, most of my patients are seen via telehealth (online).

How does online therapy work?

You will receive a link to doxy.me or zoom where we conduct our sessions via one of these online platforms.

What are your fees?

$150 for private pay (out-of-pocket) or out-of-network clients.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are 45-60 minutes with the average session at 54 minutes.

What can I expect during my first appointment?

The first appointment is a thorough 60-minute assessment where I get to know you, your symptoms, and challenges. Together we’ll develop goals and a plan for your treatment and future sessions.

How long do I need to be in therapy?

This depends on the severity of your symptoms, how you respond to treatment, and how quickly you start feeling better. On average, clients are in therapy for six months to a year.

Do you take insurance?

Yes! Here is a list of accepted insurance plans: Kaiser-out of Network, Optum, United Healthcare, Cigna/Evernorth. Additional Insurances will be added soon.

What does “Kaiser Out-Of-Network” mean?

I’m an external provider contracted with Kaiser and not working inside Kaiser. As long as you have a plan that covers medical and behavioral health services you can contact me for an appointment, and I will explain the next steps.
